The past papers are one of our most popular resources. It is important to note that in 2019, the Level 2 Maths Qualification was reformed. Due to this, past papers before that year are not as relevant as the current ones. In addition to the Functional Skills Past Paper, you can also use Open Award’s online mock exams. Open Awards is an Ofqual-approved exam board, and the mock exams are a great way to test your knowledge and become familiar with the exam structure. You can also access the video mark scheme, which will assist you when marking your exam. We highly recommend you use this mark scheme to see the areas you can improve and gain a greater understanding of what each question is asking.
Functional Skills Practise Papers
Another useful revision tool is the Functional Skills Practise Papers. You have access to 20 practice papers, all of which are formatted the same way as the exam to ensure that your revision will be as close to the real exam as possible. Additionally, to check your answers, you can use the mark schemes provided. These can be delivered to your home, meaning there will be no hassle with printing them off!
The Functional Skills Maths practice tests are a helpful form of revision as they show you the areas you can improve on. This way, you can tailor your revision to suit your needs, and it allows you to focus on your weakest areas.
